Quite truthfully, I am starting this blog because I am trying to learn how to use WordPress for my work’s website, but then I figured I should have fun with this.
I am a wife and a mom of nine children. My children are between the ages of 26 and 9. I work part-time for a non-profit organization but I prefer to be home. My Catholic faith is important to me but I love to have discussions with people of all beliefs. I enjoy traveling, camping with our 27 foot travel trailer, visiting lighthouses, photography, listening to and singing music, trying out healthy recipes, playing Age of Empires with my husband and boys, rooting for the Rutgers University football team, gardening, exploring my state of New Jersey, and my new passion, zumba. My life is quite busy but I love my life. I have an incredible husband. I have terrific kids. I love this adventure. I am blessed.

Thank you Mary! As I read your comment, I realize that I haven’t really posted any stories or lessons learned about having a large family. I’m still trying to figure out what I want this blog to look like so I’ve been doing a lot of the challenges. Thanks for your “challenge” to write more about my life with lots of kids.

Your world would be filled with wonderful personalities sparkling through your day. My mum turned 79 the other day and she says she is reaping the benefits of having nine children now as we support and love her as much as we all can, now that dad has passed, she lives on her own, but has kids, grandkids visiting non-stop.

Nine kids, working for a non-profit, and energy for blogging? I gotta try some Zumba:)
I also love trying out new themes. I stayed with Adelle longest and I like Forefront except the way it displays block quotes. I use block quotes a lot AND Forefront is $75.00—so that was that.

nine kids! big families are so rare now. i’m from a family of 5 but consider that “normal size” and nine to be large. haha. your bio and interests remind me a lot of my own mother (huge compliment, she is an amazing woman)
