It’s not the clearest shot of this beautiful and colorful bird, but seeing this guy makes me so happy. He and his lovely mate have taken up residence in a bird house in my back yard. In my life, I have only seen a bluebird a couple times. It’s such a delight to just go outside to my backyard and see this pair setting up their home. Spring has sprung and I am thankful.

You bluebird is just wonderful, and your photo is excellent! I would love to have a visit, but it’s not likely I’ll be seeing one near Los Angeles! 🙂
