I am continuing my Changing Seasons Photo Challenge series hosted by Cardinal Guzman (Click here for my May post, June post, July post, August post, September post, and October post).
The winding down of Autumn is apparent as I look at the pictures I took during November. Flaming red and orange leaves of maple trees dotted my neighborhood with brilliant color while the leaves of other trees were either rusty brown or on the ground. The weather, though, remained quite fair through most of the month. On a beautiful and warm Thanksgiving day, my husband and kids enjoyed a game of football before our Thanksgiving dinner.
At this beginning of December, I am coming down with yet another sinus infection (I am allergic to tree mold) but I am grateful for Cardinal Guzman’s photo challenge. It causes me to stop and look back over the month and relive the lovely blessed moments.

Lovely set of shots all round. Autumn looks like a bright and cheery season. Beautiful leaves on those trees. So eye catching. Love how you include a shot of your comfort food. I love ham and cheese sandwiches, and I’m sure I’ll like a bagel like that 🙂

The Autumn shades we don’t get unless we go inland.
The footwear for football is … um … unconventional!

Haha, they had already come inside and then I made them go outside again for the picture. By then, some of them had already taken off their muddy shoes.
