I love this quote. “Thank you” can be so powerful. Two words that when said to someone else can make them feel appreciated and valued. Each day I take the tram to and fro work. If the tram is not too crowded I will exit at the front door by the driver’s seat and say “Thank you” to him or her. And sometimes they say “Thank you” back and I can tell they feel happy to be acknowledged for their hard work. Have a good weekend 🙂
