Today, Pope Francis released his newest encyclical, “Laudato Si” subtitled “On the Care of our Common Home”. My goal is to read the whole encyclical and not read any articles summarizing it (positive or negative) before I have a chance to form my own opinions. Just a few pages into the encyclical, I am inspired to be thankful, thankful for this beautiful planet we live in, thankful that God speaks to us through the beauty of his creation.
Saint Francis, faithful to Scripture, invites us to see nature as a magnificent book in which God speaks to us and grants us a glimpse of his infinite beauty and goodness.
Pope Francis “Laudato Si”
And so inspired, I have compiled a collection of my images (some were taken by my husband and daughter) that I feel convey the magnificent beauty of God communicated through our amazingly beautiful home. We are so blessed.

Beautiful set of photos. I love the sunset ones. So peaceful and tranquil. Our planet is certainly beautiful. We should really all slow down, look around and appreciate its beauty around us. Hope you’ve been well 🙂
